Quivr Deployment Failure and Time Management

When setting about troubleshooting, first articulate the problem in a document, and set a specific period of time before you are required to step away from the problem.

TL;DR NextJS and Supabase, which are used by Quivr, have CORS configuration issues when trying to deploy to production.
